Many of our patients have dental insurance benefits.  Our office accepts most major dental insurance plans.  We will be happy to file your insurance for you as a courtesy.  Please bring your insurance card with you at your first appointment.

Any deductible and estimated co-pay must be paid the day of service. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs.  It is your responsibility to pay any other balance not paid by yor insurance company.
