Your first visit to Paul David Epstein, D.M.D. & Associates establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. At the first visit we will review your medical history, listen to your dental goals and answer any questions related to your care. We will complete a comprehensive examination which includes: oral cancer screening, TMD/TMJ evaluation, periodontal evaluation, occlusal (bite) evaluation, tooth evaluation and needed digital x-rays and diagnostic models. I will then review my findings with you. On our website, there is also background information about our experienced staff, our office and dental procedures. You can save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment. Please bring these forms with you at your first appointment.
